Mission Statement

Saint Nicholas Parish

is committed to be

a place where cultures meet and

people of many nations stand as one

 worshipping God and building community.

Under the guidance of the

Vocationist Fathers

and enlightened by their spirituality

we are aware that

holiness is the call of every Christian.

We constantly work and pray

that the Lord may send to his Church

many vocations

to the holy orders and religious life,

since "the best gift we can give

to our faith community is

a good religious and a holy priest" 

as reminds us

Fr. Justin Russolillo, founder

of the Vocationist Fathers and Sisters.

In doing so

we are brought toward that perfect union

of mind, heart and life with God,

that we call 'Divine Union' (Fr. Justin).

Therefore,

the faithful people of St. Nicholas

are called by God to action,

 to hear His call and respond successfully to it.

Our parish community must be

a people of prayer

asking the Father to strengthen us,

 the Son to give us courage,

 and the Spirit to unite us in love.
